great location easy access hotel restaurant faulty tv no apology cleaning absence

The location was great. It was close to the seafront and easy to reach shops and restaurants. the hotel restaurant was also good. i was able to store my bags upon arrival.

The tv in my room didn't function properly. i reported the issue twice but it was not fixed and i received no update or apology. the cleaners did not come at all during my two-night stay. problems also existed with the lift. I needed to scan my room card before pressing the floor number.

faulty air con improper bedding

the location seemed acceptable, a short walk to places.

I had some issues. the air con kept switching off. Staff insisted it would come back on, but it remained off all night. they just wouldn't listen. also, they really couldn't make the bed properly!

i stayed in an executive king room. the room was spacious. the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom had a good shower.

i found that the space for hanging clothes was minimal. there was a small hanging space. there was no drawer space available. it made storing clothes difficult.

The room included robes and slippers, nice. complimentary water and soft fizzy drinks were provided in the fridge. a coffee machine was available for use. I appreciated that.
